We booked the rooms for 2 days, June 1 and June 2.. at 10.30pm flush was not working and we caller reception to inform that.. they simply asked us to check out if we arent comfortable. When asked why they are responding like that, they said take the refund and leave.. we are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4kids. Extremely impolite and extremely rude. They were insensitive to.our problems.. rooms were good but the behaviour of the staff was pathetic.

Outsiders from various places they will stay here happily. Enjoy food, atmosphere, Enjoy weather of Hyderabad. Go guys visit Hyderabad ! You should be enjoy there with your friends, Family. Adab ! Hyderabad !!

This new hotel (01/2018) is a nice and clean location opposite the maingate of Ramoji Filmcity. The staff is friendly and helpfull. It is not so easy to find behind the other less attractive hotels. an easy stay for visiting the filmcity.

management is extremely poor. Hotel is 8 kms away from airport. To drop 8 km, they ask for Rs 350. Food is worthless. Rooms are small,but furniture are old and washroom are not clean. Overall horrible,=.

Filthy and ugly accommodation. Lobby and reception is good. Dont think that rooms are neat and clean like this.Staff are so rude.Never done any maintenance in this hotel.Untidy toilets. Bed sheets are never clean or changed.Plugs and TV are all not working properly.Just see the images in rooms.Toilet taps are all damaged.Mirror is also damaged.
